Littmann Classic II S.E. Stethoscope features a two-sided chestpiece and high acoustic sensitivity for superior performance. Traditional bell combines with patented tunable diaphragm that conveniently alternates between low-frequency and high-frequency sounds without need to turn over the chestpiece. Stethoscope provides excellent acoustic seal and comfortable fit with patented 3M Littmann snap-tight, soft-sealing eartips. Headset is comfortably angled and anatomically correct. Design also features a patient-friendly, nonchill rim and diaphragm.
