Receipt book is bound in stiff board cover and features two-part forms lithographed in black ink. Originals are made of white bond, and the duplicates are made of canary newsprint. Each page includes four receipt forms. Each receipt form includes prompts for the date, payer, payer's address, amount paid in dollars, payment method, description of purchase, balance due and receiver's signature. Carbon paper is bound in back.
