Weekly spreads with a two-page-per-week format include ruled daily entries and hourly appointment times from 8 AM to 6 PM. Monthly section has two-page-per-month spreads and offers daily blocks, past and future months reference, and telephone/address and notes pages. Planner refill ranges 12 months from January to December.
